We are a gospel-centred, Bible believing family church looking to serve East Exeter. The gospel is the good news about Jesus Christ. Because he is the Son of God, his life, death and resurrection have the power to transform our lives. We are part of the Church of England in Devon and aim to live out our faith in Jesus Christ in the community around us. We welcome new people to join in any of our regular activities, regardless of belief or background.

Trinity Church was formed in 2003 by a group of Christians at St Leonard’s Church, Exeter. We were sent out into another part of the city so that we could show God’s love to that community. We came to the Clyst Heath area when the majority of the houses were still being built and have been part of the community ever since. Our church parish now includes all the development in Newcourt and we seek to share God’s love with everyone in our parish.

We meet every Sunday:

9am at Trinity School

10.30am at Clyst Heath School

The services at Trinity Church are designed to be as visitor-friendly as possible. We don’t expect you to know anything before you visit and regularly explain different parts of the service. The services mainly contain a mixture of songs, Bible readings and prayers as well as a talk (approx 20 minutes) on some verses from the Bible.

There are various groups for children at each of the morning services.

On the third Sunday of every month (6pm at Clyst Heath School) we have our ‘Unplugged’ service. This is a shorter service designed for our youth and young adults.

There is no dress code at any of our services. Please come in your “normal” clothes!

We have an “All Age” service on the first Sunday of every month, where families can worship together.

These are often followed by a church family lunch. You are always welcome to join as there is always enough. Please get in touch if you’d like more details as the venue can change.

Yes! Please!
